A website where guests book directly with you
For hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs and holiday apartments in South Tyrol: show your rooms, state your prices and get enquiries without commission.
In shortBooking portals bring new guests, but every booking costs commission. Your own website brings regulars and direct enquiries back to you.
Who builds websites for hotels and guesthouses in South Tyrol?
Luma Alp, based in Neustift near Brixen, builds websites for hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs and holiday apartments in South Tyrol. The sites show rooms with prices, take enquiries without commission and integrate existing booking systems. They are multilingual, show the CIN and cost a fixed price from €1,690, or €2,690 with three languages.
What belongs on a hotel’s website?
A hotel’s website needs rooms with photos and seasonal prices, an enquiry form or a link to the booking system, and information about the location and surroundings. It also needs your guests’ languages and all required details such as legal notice, privacy policy, CIN and tourist tax. Despite large images, it must load quickly.
Rooms with prices
Every room with photos, size, amenities and seasonal prices. Clear, on phones too.
Enquiry or booking
An enquiry form with arrival, departure and number of guests. Or a link to your existing booking system.
Location and surroundings
Hiking, ski areas, day trips. Guests don’t just book a room, they book a holiday.
Your guests’ languages
German, Italian and English, more on request. Each language set up properly for Google.
Required information
Legal notice, privacy policy, your property’s CIN and tourist tax details, clearly visible.
Fast to load
Large images that still load quickly. Slow pages lose guests and drop down on Google.
How does its own website save a hotel money?
People who have stayed with you before or got a recommendation often search for your name directly. If they find an old or confusing site, they end up booking through the portal again, and you pay commission. That’s why a good website often pays for itself with just a few direct bookings a year.
Already have a booking system or channel manager? I build the website so it’s integrated.
