Who builds websites for farm stays in South Tyrol?

Luma Alp, based in Neustift near Brixen, builds websites for farm stays and agritourism businesses in South Tyrol. The sites show farm life, rooms and apartments with prices, and an availability calendar that lets guests enquire directly without commission. They come in three languages, show the CIN and cost a fixed price from €1,690.

What do guests find on a farm stay’s website?

On a farm stay’s website guests find farm life with animals, garden and breakfast, the rooms and apartments with photos and prices, and a calendar showing free dates. It also has three languages, location, altitude and distances for Google and AI search, and all required details such as legal notice, privacy policy and the property’s CIN.

Farm life

Animals, garden, breakfast with produce from the farm, the parlour. Exactly what guests come to a farm for, and what gets lost on portals.

Rooms and apartments

With photos, size, amenities and prices. Clear and tidy, on phones too.

Availability calendar

Guests pick arrival and departure, see the price right away and send the enquiry straight to you.

Three languages

German, Italian and English, each language set up properly for Google.

Getting found

On Google and in AI search like ChatGPT, with location, altitude, distances and common questions described clearly.

Everything required

Legal notice, privacy policy and your property’s CIN, clearly visible.

Is your own website worth it if your farm is on Booking?

Booking portals bring new guests, and that’s good. But you pay commission on every booking, even for guests coming back for the third time. People who already know your farm often search for its name next time. If there’s no website of your own, they end up on the portal again. With your own website, they contact you directly.

To avoid double bookings, I sync the calendar with Booking.com where possible. I check beforehand whether that works for your farm.

Is my own website worth it if my farm is already on Booking.com?

Yes. Guests who found your farm once often search for its name directly. With your own website they contact you directly, and you pay no portal commission on those bookings. All prices are fixed, and you get a written quote up front.
