Kurz gesagt: Diese Website setzt keine Cookies, nutzt kein Google Analytics und keine Werbung. Besuche zähle ich ohne Cookies mit Matomo, direkt beim deutschen Hoster. Schriften und Programme kommen vom eigenen Server. Daten fallen nur an, wenn Sie die Seite aufrufen (technisch nötig) und wenn Sie mir über das Formular schreiben.

2. Hosting, Server-Protokolle und Besucherstatistik
Die Website liegt bei md-service (md-s.cloud) auf Servern in Deutschland. Beim Aufruf speichert der Server automatisch technische Daten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browser und Betriebssystem. Das ist nötig, damit die Seite funktioniert und sicher bleibt (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Daten werden nicht mit anderen Daten zusammengeführt und nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht.
Um zu sehen, welche Seiten gelesen werden, nutze ich die Statistik-Software Matomo. Sie läuft bei md-service auf Servern in Deutschland (stats.md-service.net), die Daten gehen an keine andere Firma. Matomo setzt keine Cookies und erstellt keine Profile über mehrere Websites. Erfasst werden technische Daten wie aufgerufene Seiten, Uhrzeit, Herkunftsseite, Browser, Gerät und eine gekürzte IP-Adresse. Rechtsgrundlage ist mein berechtigtes Interesse, die Website zu verbessern (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
3. Kontaktformular
Wenn Sie das Formular nutzen, verarbeite ich Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihre Handynummer, die gewünschte Kontaktart, optional Ihre Website und Ihre Nachricht. Die Angaben werden als E-Mail an mich geschickt und nur genutzt, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten und Ihnen gegebenenfalls ein Angebot zu machen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Sie werden nicht weitergegeben.
Kommt kein Auftrag zustande, lösche ich Ihre Anfrage spätestens nach 12 Monaten. Kommt ein Auftrag zustande, gelten die gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen.
Zum Schutz vor Missbrauch speichert der Server eine verschlüsselte Kennung Ihrer IP-Adresse für eine Stunde, um zu viele Anfragen zu verhindern.
4. Spam-Schutz mit Cloudflare Turnstile
Damit keine automatischen Spam-Nachrichten ankommen, nutze ich beim Formular „Turnstile“ von Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile wird erst geladen, wenn Sie zum Formular scrollen. Dabei werden technische Daten wie IP-Adresse und Browser-Merkmale an Cloudflare übermittelt, um zu prüfen, ob ein Mensch das Formular ausfüllt. Turnstile setzt keine Werbe-Cookies. Rechtsgrundlage ist mein berechtigtes Interesse an einem Formular ohne Spam (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Cloudflare ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert, damit ist eine Übermittlung in die USA zulässig. Mehr dazu: Datenschutzhinweise zu Turnstile.
5. WhatsApp, Telefon und E-Mail
Die WhatsApp-Links öffnen nur WhatsApp. Daten gehen erst an WhatsApp (Meta), wenn Sie den Link anklicken und mir dort schreiben. Dann gelten die Datenschutzregeln von WhatsApp. Wenn Sie mir lieber anrufen oder eine E-Mail schreiben, nutze ich Ihre Angaben ebenfalls nur für Ihre Anfrage.
6. Sprachwahl im Browser
Wählen Sie eine Sprache, merkt sich Ihr Browser diese Wahl (lokaler Speicher). Das bleibt auf Ihrem Gerät und wird nicht an mich übertragen.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). Schreiben Sie dazu einfach an die oben genannte E-Mail-Adresse. Außerdem können Sie sich bei der italienischen Datenschutzbehörde beschweren: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it.

2. Hosting, log del server e statistiche
Il sito è ospitato da md-service (md-s.cloud) su server in Germania. A ogni visita il server registra automaticamente dati tecnici: indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, browser e sistema operativo. Ciò è necessario per il funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR). I dati non vengono combinati con altri dati e vengono cancellati dopo breve tempo.
Per capire quali pagine vengono lette uso il software di statistica Matomo. Funziona presso md-service su server in Germania (stats.md-service.net) e i dati non vengono trasmessi ad altre aziende. Matomo non usa cookie e non crea profili tra più siti. Vengono rilevati dati tecnici come pagine visitate, ora, pagina di provenienza, browser, dispositivo e un indirizzo IP abbreviato. La base giuridica è il mio legittimo interesse a migliorare il sito (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).
3. Modulo di contatto
Se usate il modulo, tratto il vostro nome, indirizzo e-mail, numero di cellulare, il modo di contatto preferito, eventualmente il vostro sito web e il vostro messaggio. I dati mi vengono inviati per e-mail e usati solo per rispondere alla vostra richiesta ed eventualmente farvi un’offerta (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR). Non vengono ceduti a terzi.
Se non nasce un incarico, cancello la richiesta al più tardi dopo 12 mesi. In caso di incarico valgono i termini di conservazione previsti dalla legge.
Per prevenire abusi, il server conserva per un’ora un codice cifrato del vostro indirizzo IP, per limitare il numero di richieste.
4. Protezione antispam con Cloudflare Turnstile
Per evitare messaggi spam automatici, nel modulo uso “Turnstile” di Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile viene caricato solo quando scorrete fino al modulo. Dati tecnici come indirizzo IP e caratteristiche del browser vengono trasmessi a Cloudflare per verificare che a compilare il modulo sia una persona. Turnstile non usa cookie pubblicitari. La base giuridica è il mio legittimo interesse a un modulo senza spam (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).
Cloudflare è certificata secondo l’EU-US Data Privacy Framework, che rende lecito il trasferimento negli USA. Maggiori informazioni: informativa privacy di Turnstile.
5. WhatsApp, telefono ed e-mail
I link WhatsApp aprono soltanto WhatsApp. I dati arrivano a WhatsApp (Meta) solo se cliccate il link e mi scrivete lì; in quel caso valgono le regole privacy di WhatsApp. Se preferite chiamarmi o scrivermi un’e-mail, uso i vostri dati anche in quel caso solo per la vostra richiesta.
6. Scelta della lingua nel browser
Se scegliete una lingua, il vostro browser memorizza la scelta (memoria locale). Resta sul vostro dispositivo e non mi viene trasmessa.
7. I vostri diritti
Avete diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione del trattamento, portabilità dei dati e opposizione (artt. 15–21 GDPR). Basta scrivere all’indirizzo e-mail indicato sopra. Potete inoltre proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it.

In short: this website sets no cookies and uses no Google Analytics and no advertising. Visits are counted without cookies using Matomo, hosted by the German web host. Fonts and scripts are served from its own server. Data is only processed when you visit the site (technically necessary) and when you write to me through the form.

2. Hosting, server logs and visitor statistics
The website is hosted by md-service (md-s.cloud) on servers in Germany. On each visit the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This is necessary for the site to work and stay secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short time.
To see which pages are read, I use the analytics software Matomo. It runs at md-service on servers in Germany (stats.md-service.net), and the data is not passed to any other company. Matomo sets no cookies and builds no profiles across websites. It records technical data such as pages visited, time, referring page, browser, device and a shortened IP address. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contact form
If you use the form, I process your name, email address, mobile number, preferred contact method, optionally your website, and your message. The details are sent to me by email and used only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to make you an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are not passed on.
If no contract follows, I delete your enquiry after 12 months at the latest. If a contract follows, the statutory retention periods apply.
To prevent abuse, the server keeps an encrypted identifier of your IP address for one hour to limit the number of requests.
4. Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile
To keep automated spam out, the form uses “Turnstile” by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile is only loaded when you scroll to the form. Technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics are sent to Cloudflare to check that a human is filling in the form. Turnstile sets no advertising cookies. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a spam-free form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which makes the transfer to the USA lawful. More: Turnstile privacy notice.
5. WhatsApp, phone and email
The WhatsApp links only open WhatsApp. Data reaches WhatsApp (Meta) only if you click the link and message me there; WhatsApp’s privacy rules then apply. If you prefer to call or email me, I likewise use your details only for your enquiry.
6. Language choice in your browser
When you pick a language, your browser remembers it (local storage). This stays on your device and is not sent to me.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just write to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it.
